For the 11th time, the Indian Hill Alumni Association
All-Member Reunion was held, this time at the Terrace Park Country Club in Milford, Ohio.
Terrace Park has been where many of us swam and golfed in our youth - and this was,
for some of us, a trip back in time. For example, the class of 1958 (as well as others through the years)
held their Senior Prom here at the Terrace Park Country Club.
Well over one hundred alumni checked in to the Reunion Registration Desk. Greeting them
at the door were Alumni Association President Eddie Fischer ('60) and Trustee Dana Ewell ('58).
Alumni from almost thirty years of graduating classes joined in. Here is Betty Whitman Cismadi
from the class of 1954, talking with Alumni President Eddie Fischer. The dining room was packed
with alumni from many classes.
The class of 1956 were well represented. Here, Penny Prentice Hopkins takes a picture past
her husband, of former classmate Julie Haile Hill and her husband while Ken Juergens and
Sabra Neper Donnell ('57) look on. The three members of the class of 1958, Fran Poff Martin,
Dana Ewell and Joan Klee Ewell pose for a group picture.
The band Stoopid Rooster provided wonderful music - not so intrusive you couldn't visit with
your old friends, but still great for taking a swing around the dance floor. Here, Bill Kincaid dances
with Joan Klee Ewell ('58).
Many of the members of the class of 1957, which celebrated its 50th the night before, also attended
the All-Member Reunion. The ladies of the class: (standing) Carol Wilkening Gamble, Lynne Wiebell
Skinner, Alahna Weller Lilley, (sitting) Sabra Knepper Donnell, and Marlene Adrick Gulas. Barb Eastman
Durst and her husband Ken, joined Curt Gable at the table.
Alumni Association Archives Trustee, Greg Johnson ('79) brought some really interesting exhibits of
CHIEFTAINs and other memorabilia for the attendees to enjoy.
Then, after all of the visiting, dinner and dancing, there was plenty of time to swap stories and catch up
over a brew (or something stronger) at the bar. In all, everyone reports they had a really great time at
the Eleventh All-Member Alumni Association Reunion.
